From December 12 to December 16, a group from north Queensland, which was organized by China Eastern Airlines and Australia professional travel agency MwTours had a joyful and meaningful visit to Jiangsu province and its two major city Suzhou and Nanjing

On December 12, the group visited one of the four famous garden in China---Lingering Garden. Lingering Garden is one of the four major gardens in China and one of the Suzhou gardens inscribed on the world Heritage List by UNESCO. Then our group visited Shantang street, Suzhou first silk company and Pingjiang road.

On December 13, the group arrived Nanjing and visited the first station---Niushou Mountain to feel the Buddhism. Then they visited Imperial Examination of China to know the history of Chinese education. The last activity was taking a boat on the Qinhuai River and enjoying the wonderful night of Confucius Temple.

On December 14, the group came to Dr. Sun Yatsen’s Mausoleum. Among all the historical and cultural attractions in Nanjing, the most favored highlight is Dr. Yatsen’s Mausoleum. Dr.Sun Yatsen, also named Sun Wen or Sun Zhongshan, is considered as the forerunner of the Chinese democratic revolution. Finished the visit, they came to Presidential Residence and Ming City Wall.

After all the itinerary, members of group said that they enjoyed it very much, attractions, traditional cuisines, history, cultural...etc. They were looking forward to coming next time!
