Amazing cuisine from Lianyungang

As is well-known, there are eight major cuisines in China, one of them is Su cuisine, Su is Jiangsu. Today we bring some delicious food from Liangyungang city of Jiangsu province.


Chinese mostly thinks the autumn and winter are the best seasons for health maintenance, how to keep in good health, food plays a important role in their life. The first cuisine we will introduce is pork which comes from old huai pig. The breeder feed the pig with their love and gives them the best addition: let them listen to music, eat and walk freely...etc. All the things make the pork delicate and attractive. You don’t need to make dishes for hours, just simple cook.


The second cuisine is egg. Different from the normal egg, it’s using hot spring. If you visit to this holiday resort, you will not miss the hot spring and eggs. They put the eggs in an old well of hot spring, when it is well-done, you can find from the egg white to the yolk, they are so fresh!
